Our CrossFit group classes last 55-60 minutes with 8-10 members per class. Each session includes a general warm-up, movement-specific warm-up, weightlifting, skills practice, the workout, mindset focus, and a cool-down.

Strong Start Mama Postpartum Fitness

Our Strong Start Mama classes are 45-50 minute group sessions for moms with babies 6 weeks to 6 months old. We focus on posture, core, and pelvic floor wellness, with the class pace naturally guided by diaper changes and feedings. Through this organized chaos, we connect, bond, and get stronger together.

Strong Mom Fitness

Strong Mom is a 55-60 minute group class for moms with children 6 months to under 2 years old. Kids are welcomed in a safe, supervised environment where they learn boundaries while moms build strength and fitness. This CrossFit class is fully scalable to every ability.

Bootcamp training

Open Gym

A coach is on-site to answer questions and provide supervision as needed. This is a flexible session with no structured class, allowing you to train your way.

Use Your HSA/FSA at IronHawk CrossFit

Your IronHawk CrossFit membership may qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement,

We’ve partnered with TrueMed, a third-party service that handles the details
for you-making the process simple, private, and hassle-free.

How It Works

  1. Complete a quick, private health survey.
    Takes about 2 minutes and can be completed online.
  2. Eligibility review
    A licensed medical provider reviews your responses.
    If approved (most members qualify), you’ll receive a Letter of Medical
    Necessity (LMN) within 1-2 days.
  3. Get reimbursed
    TrueMed provides step-by-step instructions to submit reimbursement through
    your HSA/FSA administrator.
    Most claims are paid out within 1-2 weeks.

Your LMN is valid for 12 months, covering a full year of reimbursements.
