I started CrossFit in October of 2018 I weighed around 175lbs. Since starting CrossFit I ran a half marathon my first race ever, I did a Spartan race last year and finished first in my age group(thanks to coach Andy for giving me a nudge to try a Spartan race). I signed up for 3 more Spartan trifecta races next year and I plan on doing well. Yesterday I weighed in at 150lbs. Thank you Iron Hawk CrossFit!!
