4 1/2 years ago I walked into Iron Hawk after seeing an ad for a 6 week challenge they were doing. That decision was unknowingly one of the best decisions I would make in my life. The community was something I had never seen before. I was hooked. Fast forward to Jan. 2023. I decided it was time to take control of my body after having kids and I joined an 8 week body recomp challenge they were offering. It wasn't easy and at times I felt like giving up, but I never did and here we are at the end of the year and I pushed for what I knew I deserved and I feel so much healthier and happier.
